This Privacy Policy describes how EasilyPromote ("we", "us", the "Service") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use EasilyPromote.
1. What EasilyPromote collects
EasilyPromote collects: email address and name during signup; bank or payout account details for creators (Nigeria only at present); video files and captions submitted by creators; and OAuth access tokens for any social platform accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) you connect to EasilyPromote.
2. How EasilyPromote uses your data
We use your data to operate EasilyPromote: process payments via Paystack, deliver approved content to businesses through secure download links, post approved content to connected social accounts when platform API approval is live, retrieve performance metrics where available to determine creator payouts, and provide platform analytics.
3. TikTok data specifically
When TikTok connection is available and you connect an account through Login Kit, EasilyPromote receives and stores an encrypted access token and your TikTok open_id and display name. We use the access token solely to: (a) post videos to your connected TikTok account after approval; (b) query the public view, like, comment, and share counts of those posts via the TikTok Display API. EasilyPromote does not access TikTok direct messages, follower lists, or any user data unrelated to a campaign you authorize. TikTok access tokens are stored encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. You may disconnect at any time from the Connections page on EasilyPromote; once disconnected, your access token is invalidated and we will no longer call TikTok's APIs on your behalf.
4. Sharing and processors
EasilyPromote shares data only with the third-party processors required to deliver the Service: Supabase (authentication and database hosting), Paystack (payments and creator payouts), and the social platforms you connect (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube). EasilyPromote does not sell your data to advertisers or any other party.
5. Storage, security, and retention
EasilyPromote data is stored on Supabase (Postgres + Storage) in the EU-West region. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. Database access is gated by row-level security policies that restrict each user to their own data. Submitted videos are delivered through expiring signed links and retained for the campaign record unless deletion is requested or a connected post requires retention. Inactive EasilyPromote accounts are deleted after 24 months of inactivity.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing the address below. EasilyPromote account deletion removes all your personal data within 30 days, including stored access tokens and any submitted content.
7. Cookies
EasilyPromote uses cookies only for authentication session management. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
